 IGNITE THE FIRE IS COMPRISED OF THREE PILLARS

1. Discipleship Training - We concentrate on Biblical centered studies for training and equipping the Believer. Discipleship is essential for not only church growth, but the expansion of the Kingdom of God. ITF developed an in-house discipleship program called - Becoming a Disciple of Jesus. This is a 13-month Bible intensive program.  The Texas University of Theology (TXUT) has endorsed this program. Students who successfully complete the 60-hour training will be awarded two years of advanced placement (up to the bachelor's level).   

2. Evangelistic Outreach - We spend a great deal of time traveling the country and other countries delivering the Word of God. Raising up the body of believers to reach their full potential for the glory of God the Father.  We focus on speaking LIFE and FIRE into the hearts and minds of believers. 

3. Training Leaders - Through sound Biblical teaching we help those who want to lead or are already leading to become fire starters. We help with all aspects of leading and body of believers from discipleship material to use for teaching, sermon writing, public speaking techniques, leading youth, etc.  ITF launched the ITF School of Ministry to help with the process of leadership development.    

About Dr. Kenneth Holder

Dr. Kenneth Holder is a dynamic evangelist, pastor, professor, and author based in Seguin, Texas, with a life devoted to equipping believers and advancing the Kingdom of God. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Theological Studies (PhD) from Texas University of Theology (TXUT) in Dallas, where his leadership and vision led to the successful launch of four affiliate campuses in Gonzales, Port Lavaca, Burleson, and San Antonio, Texas.

With over 15 years in deliverance ministry, Dr. Holder is an ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the Messianic Church. He has faithfully served in multiple leadership roles—including Associate, Executive, and Senior Pastor—impacting countless lives through preaching, teaching, and spiritual mentorship.

Dr. Holder is the President of I AM – International Association of Ministries, a global covering and educational hub that empowers pastors, chaplains, and ministry leaders. His ministry extends far beyond local borders, as he has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally, equipping the Body of Christ and strengthening church leadership worldwide.

In 2014, he founded Ignite the Fire Ministries, followed by the launch of the ITF School of Ministry in 2022—both dedicated to raising up disciples and leaders with a passion for spiritual growth and transformation. As an author, Dr. Holder has contributed significantly to discipleship training through his books, including Spiritual Warfare and Discipleship Training (WestBow Press) and Becoming a Disciple of Jesus (2023), a widely used resource for developing strong, committed believers.

Dr. Holder surrendered his life to Jesus Christ in September 2001 at Community Bible Church in San Antonio, Texas—a defining moment that set the course for his life’s mission. He has been married to his wife, Christina, since 1999, and together they are blessed with five children, three grandchildren, and three daughters-in-law.
